These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lotus Daily mobile application ("App") operated by 22 Elevate ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using Lotus Daily, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Lotus Daily is a personal wellness app that provides daily affirmations for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Lotus Daily offers a 3-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Subscription options include:
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their respective terms. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.
New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.
All content within Lotus Daily, including but not limited to affirmations, design, graphics, animations, and text, is owned by 22 Elevate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the App without our express written permission.
The affirmation content in Lotus Daily is original and curated by 22 Elevate. It is inspired by the tradition of positive affirmation practice and is not attributed to or affiliated with any specific third-party author or brand.
Lotus Daily is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The affirmations and content provided in the App are for personal inspiration and wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek professional help.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 22 Elevate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Lotus Daily, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of Lotus Daily is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lotus Daily at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Lotus Daily after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
