Lotus Daily ("we," "our," or "us") is a product of 22 Elevate. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By downloading or using the Lotus Daily app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

Lotus Daily is designed to be simple and private. We collect minimal information to provide the service.

Information you provide:

• Email address, if you contact us for support

Information collected automatically:

• Subscription and purchase data, processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Basic app usage data (crash reports, performance diagnostics) to help us improve the app
• Device type and operating system version

Information stored locally on your device:

• Your saved (favorited) affirmations
• Your notification preferences and reminder time
• Your daily affirmation reveal history
• Your subscription trial status

This information is stored only on your device using local storage and is never transmitted to our servers.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the Lotus Daily app
• To process your subscription through Apple or Google payment systems
• To send you daily affirmation notifications, if you enable them
• To respond to your support requests
• To improve app performance and fix issues

Subscriptions and payments

All payments and subscription management are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment information. Your subscription can be managed and cancelled at any time through your device's App Store settings.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• RevenueCat — to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data. View their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — for app distribution and payment processing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain minimal personal data. Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request. All affirmation and preference data lives on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.

Children's privacy

Lotus Daily is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to request deletion of your personal information
• The right to opt out of any marketing communications
